प्रतीक्षा का मौसम – खेती में धैर्य की ताकत

खेत किसान को एक बात सबसे गहराई से सिखाते हैं —
जो चीज़ सच्ची होती है, वह तुरंत नहीं उगती।

हर बीज का अपना समय होता है,
हर फसल का अपना मौसम होता है,
और हर मेहनत का अपना फल होता है।

बीज बोने के बाद एक लंबा समय ऐसा आता है जब —
कुछ भी दिखाई नहीं देता।
दिन गुजरते हैं…
हफ्ते गुजरते हैं…
कभी-कभी महीने गुजर जाते हैं…
लेकिन मिट्टी शांत रहती है, बिना किसी संकेत के।

इस शांत समय को कहते हैं — “प्रतीक्षा का मौसम।”

और यही खेती का सबसे शक्तिशाली दौर है।

क्योंकि बीज सो नहीं रहा होता —
वह अंदर से मजबूत हो रहा होता है।
जड़ें बना रहा होता है…
खुद को तैयार कर रहा होता है…
उस पल के लिए जब वह मिट्टी फाड़कर रोशनी में निकलेगा।

जिंदगी में भी ऐसे कई “प्रतीक्षा के मौसम” आते हैं:

जब मेहनत का परिणाम नहीं दिखता

जब प्रगति दिखाई नहीं देती

जब सपने दूर लगते हैं

जब जीवन धीमा और अनिश्चित लगता है

लेकिन जैसे खेती में —
वैसे ही जीवन में भी —
अंदर काम चल रहा होता है, भले बाहर न दिखे।

किसान बीज को बार-बार खोदकर नहीं देखता।
वह प्रक्रिया पर भरोसा करता है।
वह सींचता है, संभालता है, और उम्मीद के साथ इंतज़ार करता है
क्योंकि उसे पता है समय ही सबसे बड़ा किसान है।

धैर्य का मतलब चुप रहकर कुछ न करना नहीं,
धैर्य का मतलब है
हर दिन काम करते रहना और अदृश्य पर विश्वास रखना।

दुनिया तेज़ हो गई है
सबको तुरंत परिणाम चाहिए।
लेकिन किसान याद दिलाते हैं:

“अच्छी चीज़ें समय लेती हैं, महान चीज़ें धैर्य लेती हैं।

जब पहला अंकुर निकलता है, तो वह जादू लगता है।
लेकिन वह जादू तभी संभव होता है
क्योंकि बीज ने चुपचाप खुद को मजबूत बनाया होता है।

सपने भी फसल की तरह होते हैं।
मेहनत करते रहो…
भरोसा बनाए रखो…
तुम्हारा मौसम ज़रूर आएगा।

क्योंकि खेती और जीवन दोनों में:

जो धीरे-धीरे उगता है, वही सबसे ज्यादा टिकता है।
